If you have a collection of old books with a stinky, musty smell, just place them in a shallow, lidded container of cat litter for a few days to get all those gross old smells out.I have quite a few in a box that need this treatment, fast!.
Clean fresh oil spills.If you have an oil spill on your driveway or garage floor, cover it up right away with a layer of cat litter.
